Service provided was great. However the follow up to an invoice was undesirable. I had to follow up twice to get it resolved. They were supposed to issue a credit and said they would follow up on a Monday invoice was undesirable. I had to follow up twice to get it resolved. They were supposed to issue a credit and said they would follow up on a Monday (service was done on Saturday). I called mid week and no returned call to my voicemail. I called the Monday after I originally called and no follow up. On Tuesday I called back again and it was supposedly resolved but I don’t have the paperwork to show if it is yet. More

I was very disappointed. I made it very clear to the service guy that I could not leave my car overnight and he did not get my car looked at that day even though I brought it in at 7 am and he did not c service guy that I could not leave my car overnight and he did not get my car looked at that day even though I brought it in at 7 am and he did not communicate to me until after I called twice; at 3 pm and again at 3:47 pm and then expected me to leave it overnight. I made it very clear that I could not do that twice in one week. I ended up leaving without getting my car serviced that day. I will not bring it back More

Great service! Everything I asked for was complete and within the time frame I was told. Only issue I have is I asked for my tires to be balanced and they was but I wasn’t told if it was even something th within the time frame I was told. Salesman was great to work with , had a few issues with the truck after owning it a week but after giving them the opportunity to make it right , they did just that , not only took care of the issues but h the truck after owning it a week but after giving them the opportunity to make it right , they did just that , not only took care of the issues but handled it very quickly at no costs.
