They will lie to you and tell you that they will only do a soft pull on your credit but that isn't the case in fact they will shotgun your credit out to about 10 different lenders. So you now suddenly have 10 hard inquiries that you have to deal with. The sales person that I had to deal with was named Marta and she was terrible at her job. When my wife and I arrived she came running up to us and she didn't even introduce herself to us. I used to do car sales and let me be the first to say that this is not how to greet any customer. When my wife and I were denied she didn't even call us in fact she sent a very rude text stating that we wouldn't ever be able to buy any vehicle. She was completely rude and unprofessional. Little does she know I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle with credit I was planning to pay cash until I saw the terrible way I was treated. Let me be the first to say that a credit score doesn't dictate a persons ability to buy. When I sat down with her she went straight for the credit without even asking how I wanted to do my purchase. I would advise staying away from this dealership forever unless they hire and train better people. More
The salesman Brad Cooper was a nice guy. Very patient and even had a good sense of humor. The manager was also kind and helped us to make a good deal. The finance guy Dennis Flynn on the other hand was amon even had a good sense of humor. The manager was also kind and helped us to make a good deal. The finance guy Dennis Flynn on the other hand was among the most insufferable human beings that I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. The dealership should wash their hands of the human trash that resides within Dennis Flynn's office. In my two conversations with Dennis he has ranged from complete clown to out-right racist. Saying such things as, "if God-forbid I ever find myself in a Muslim country and I hope I don't then they can wish me happy whatever holiday they worship in their tounge, but in America it's done my way." I would encourage all prospective car buyers to consider Hubler, but perhaps, wait for a different finance person. More

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not do business with Drive Hubler Pre-Owned!! I was approved a 2.9% APR because I have excellent credit. After reviewing my paperwork I noticed I was given 3.9%! I was NOT given full Pre-Owned!! I was approved a 2.9% APR because I have excellent credit. After reviewing my paperwork I noticed I was given 3.9%! I was NOT given full disclosure! I tried unsuccessfully to get ahold of Johnny Burbrink but he would not return my calls. When I was finally able to speak to him I was told it was a done deal and there was nothing he could/would do about it. I was advised to contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I will also be filing a complaint with the State Consumer Protection Agency as well as the Better Business Bureau. More
