Brake replacement During the course of oil changes, I received 2 "yellow" notices regarding my brakes. I called Hubler Service Dept., and the gentleman who answered my During the course of oil changes, I received 2 "yellow" notices regarding my brakes. I called Hubler Service Dept., and the gentleman who answered my call was very informative. We discussed the thought that often, it is the front brake pads that need to be replaced first, and that often, the back brakes need replacement in about 15,000 miles later. He also told me that the new brake pads would not be warranted if I did not authorize checking the rotors. That was good information to have. Upon inspection during my vehicle's appointment, it was the back brakes that needed replaced and the rotors had to be re-surfaced. There were no surprises. We discussed possible charges prior to my appointment, Jon called me with the information prior to performing the service, and I was very comfortable with the service that was performed. The major factor in my dealings with Hubler Service is trust. Their staff has gone the extra mile to build that trust with me, the valued customer. I appreciate their effort, and I liked the cookies and the free car wash ticket too! More

Good service I had my oil changed, tires rotated, inspection, etc... And apparently there was a recall on something that the dealer informed me about and fixed. It took a bit longer to complete bc of the recall, but they offer free TASTY lunches and beverages to customers, which helped pass the time. I had just gotten off work, too, and didn't have time to stop somewhere to eat, so this was perfect. Whoever thought of this should be given a raise! It's such a nice treat to be taken care of while you wait--and esp. when the food staff is very pleasant to work with! No one likes to wait, but at least I'm not starving, too, which makes the wait bearable. Please don't ever get rid of this!! More
