Oil Service and Engine idle problem The oil change was free with the purchase of the car, so that was great. The idle issue was not resolved. Technician could not recreate the issue, so The oil change was free with the purchase of the car, so that was great. The idle issue was not resolved. Technician could not recreate the issue, so he could not troubleshoot it. With our input, recommended valve cleaning and then spark plug change to ease our minds. I declined and technician said he would have as well. I appreciated the honesty. We will continue to monitor the issue and if it gets worse, possibly bring it back in for the recommended service. Well they say 3rd times a charm because it took me 3 cars to finally find the one that not only fit my family of 5 needs, but also my budget. Everyone we encountered was very polite and friendly and made the experience that much more less stressful. My parents bought a car here 5 years ago and others I know have as well.
