Drayah was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to go into the dealership to see her. The situation I was in with my previous vehicle was not the best. My previous vehicle was one that I never wanted to purchase and was ready to get something else as soon as I drove off of the lot. I had gone to a couple of other dealerships and they couldn’t get me into anything that would work with a payment I was comfortable with. That was a blessing in disguise! Drayah made me feel very comfortable during the whole process! My perfect car was found on another lot. It took a couple of days to get it in due to the weather and when it came in Drayah went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect! It was well worth the wait!! I LOVE my new sexy mom car!!! Hubler Chevrolet, Rushville, Indiana...If you visit any of Hublers dealerships, you do so "At Your Own Risk" ...Here's my terrible experience...I want Hubler Chevrolet, Rushville, Indiana...If you visit any of Hublers dealerships, you do so "At Your Own Risk" ...Here's my terrible experience...I wanted to Inspect a vehicle I saw on their website, I called them a half hour before leaving my house to Insure the vehicle would be ready for me to test drive, they assured me It would be "Gassed Up" and ready for me. Upon arrival I toured the sales lot, unable to find the vehicle I met with a salesperson, he said he would need to go Into the building to find Its location, he and my wife entered the building to find It and I stayed on the lot to look at another vehicle, I then decided to enter the showroom myself, when I slipped on one of their advertising license plates carelessly left on their Ice Covered sales lot, causing me to twist my right ankle and knee, I picked up the license plate and carried It Into the building and gave It to the three employees standing behind the front desk, after Informing them of this hazard, they proceeded to laugh at my explanation. It was then that the original salesman appeared and Informed me that the vehicle they said would be ready for my test drive was sent to auction due to Its numerous mechanical Issues, but they would be happy to show me another more expensive vehicle. (Bait and Switch) To add Insult to my Injuries, days after this, they sent me several emails and phone calls wanting to know If I was still Interested In the vehicle that they claimed was sent to auction, or If I wanted to test drive another vehicle, never once asking me how my leg was. When I brought up the subject of my Injured leg, the assured me some one higher up would contact me to follow up, I've NEVER heard from that person, forcing me to settle this In court, and I WILL be contacting the BBB to file a complaint...So If YOU decide to do business with Hubler, wear a suit of armor, have your Insurance paid up, and don't expect the vehicle you want to be there!!! More
