A Painless Solution to a Painful Problem As a result of a recent automobile accident, my vehicle was totaled (thankfully, no one was injured and my car took most of the damage). My car had be As a result of a recent automobile accident, my vehicle was totaled (thankfully, no one was injured and my car took most of the damage). My car had been towed to a lot and was incurring egregious fees, so I needed to act quickly. The following morning, I contacted a customer service representative at the dealership and explained my situation, asking if they would take the car for salvage and apply the value as a credit toward the purchase of a new truck. This individual was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with a staff member on site for further assistance. When I entered the building that afternoon, I was greeted by friendly staff and immediately assisted. This was a relief for me because I had gone through a very stressful event the day before and was scrambling to figure out what to do next. After they had given me advice about next steps, I ran around town for awhile before returning to the dealership where I was again greeted and quickly introduced to Wayne, who then showed me a couple of trucks that I told him I was interested in seeing. He demonstrated all of their features and explained the differences between them, and this helped me decide which truck best suited my needs. After a quick test drive, I decided to purchase one of these trucks. Wayne assisted me in completing the transaction. He is friendly and knowledgeable and made the process an absolute pleasure. After we finished with the paperwork, he showed me to the truck, which had been freshly detailed, and helped me set up some of the features. I came to the dealership that morning with nothing more than a wrecked car at a tow yard and a great deal of confusion and drove off the lot that evening with a painless solution to a painful problem--a new truck and total customer satisfaction. I look forward to being a continued customer with Hubler Chevrolet. Great job! More
