8/23/21 I took my car in as instructed to have part replaced on a NEW Car. 8/24/23 am received a call from Stacy in service department the wrong part had been ordered and now not sure when the correct replaced on a NEW Car. 8/24/23 am received a call from Stacy in service department the wrong part had been ordered and now not sure when the correct part would be in. Stacy was sorry this happened and I know this is not her fault. The issue I have is I have to have someone follow me to drop off my car and again when I pick it up. This has been inconvenient to say the least. I work from home due to COVID 19 as well as my husband has dementia . Every day is a challenge and to say the least the last visit to your service department was disappointing . I may sound like I am complaining I'm not just disappointed. I am 74 and this is the first new car I have ever owned .I do not want this to continue to be a bad experience. Enough on my plate to worry about and I don't want to have to continue to worry about repairs to a new car I just purchased. More

I was looking for a new car while my Corvette was being aligned. I was disappointed the lot was bare. The salesman gave me some BS about the chip shortage. All the other dealers in the vicinity have cars aligned. I was disappointed the lot was bare. The salesman gave me some BS about the chip shortage.
