While I was happy with the service work done on my vehicle, I did have some issues with the service person who helped me and the sales person I talked with as I waited for my vehicle. When I arrived a vehicle, I did have some issues with the service person who helped me and the sales person I talked with as I waited for my vehicle. When I arrived at my appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes before someone spoke with me even though there were four different people in the service area. The service person didn’t really explain the work that was done to my car until I asked and he clearly seemed like he was in a rush and had other things he wanted to do beside deal with me. The sales person, while he was friendly, made a few comments I thought were inappropriate including how I now have “a big girl job” and mansplaining things regarding the vehicle I was looking at, as if I didn’t know anything about cars. He also didn’t listen when I told him what type of vehicle I was looking for and continued to try and sell me on vehicles I didn’t want. He also made several negative comments about his coworkers that I don’t think he should have said to a customer. Overall, I was happy with the service done to my car but the customer service definitely needs some work! More

We bought a Madza 5 from them, it had gone through there service department, was certified and had limited warranty. We had to take it back 2 days later because when we got it up to 70 mph it had a horrible service department, was certified and had limited warranty. We had to take it back 2 days later because when we got it up to 70 mph it had a horrible shimmy in the front end. We took it in and their Madza department found that it had 2 bent rims, a broken strut, wheels that weren't balanced. They said that there Madza department didn't know what they were talking about and sent it to the chevy group. They told us after a week that it was fixed. We took it down the road and it wasn't fixed, had to take it back. They had it for 2 more weeks and told us it was fixed. The shimmy was gone in the front end but still had some issues. We took it to our mechanic they hadn't fixed the wheels, the strut was still broken and the front differential had a leak. Hasn't stopped there, our paper plate has expired because the bmv has never received our title and info for us to get the plates and Hubler doesn't know where it is and no one is willing to talk to us. We have called several times and they aren't answering, we have left messages, they won't call back, we have the salesman number and he won't answer or talk to us about. Will never buy anything from them ever again nor due I recommend them to anyone else. More
