WHERE TO START?!? So I called and made an appt for the Jeep cuz it was signaling to get an oil change. I was given the wrong address and then finally found out the service location was the dealership... s Jeep cuz it was signaling to get an oil change. I was given the wrong address and then finally found out the service location was the dealership... should’ve been simple enough but they immediately went to write up $70 oil change but I was given a 100k mile warranty and routine maintenance was supposed to be included. I bought the Jeep one month too or and since the mileage wasn’t high enough they refused it as routine maintenance. I’m no mechanic BUT if you ur car tells you something then you listen. The guy didn’t even look at it just fussed about the sticker in the window being what they go by.. NOT ACCEPTABLE WHATSOEVER! So imagine my surprise and infuriating reaction when 2 days later a red lightning bolt starts blinking and it seems as if I’m not getting fuel like someone put sugar in my tank is what I thought first but I called the main guy once again and his exact words were I’ve never heard of that ;(( I’m very serious that I do not want a rookie working on my Jeep! I need a professional mechanic not a backyard tinkering kind of fella and he might of taken offense but that doesn’t change the fact that his answer when I finally got it to him ask spoke about it was “Google said”..... not what I wanted to hear and bladder onky making ONE payment at that point and being told that the throttle body was shot and not covered by the warranty I would not have gotten the vehicle without and they wanted $820 + tax to fix it. I was very upset and asked for an estimate. Simple enough?!? Obviously not for the service people at Hubler Chevrolet in Greenwood Indiana as I called for an entire day and was sent to voice mail every time and so I sent an email back circling like 7 discrepancies on that estimate in regards to everything from warranty info, the correct mileage, even the year of purchase was FALSE so I called and when I finally got thru I told them to sit the jeep outside and don’t touch it. Put the key in the floorboard and don’t touch it but please send me a truthful estimate containing the correct information along with the information telling me who I’m under warranty with so I can contact them myself. It’s been weeks now and my Jeep was fixed without their assistance and they have yet to send me the correct estimate or the info I requested. I called a gentleman twice that is supposedly the manager over the service dept and left two messages the following week and he did not assist or even return my call. The customer service I received from that Kevin guy was completely unacceptable and I’m not ok with being ignored.... and yet it continues and what do I do?!? You know... I was sending the vehicle back because with the payment and the full coverage they required me to get my monthly financial commitment is $662 for it and 8 weeks later it’s been in their shop twice and they have helped me 0. You can make your own judgment as to that being acceptable to you but I should’ve read a few reviews myself but having my white Jeep Liberty stolen 6 weeks prior and seeing the white jeep pull up I just felt it. The lady salesman and the lady who helped me get financed were absolutely amazing and straight forward and good at their jobs... service not so much! Im still waiting for the correct documents I requested and am giving them a specific amount of time to continue to ignore my requests made by phone and email both and then go to the proper people to make a complaint as like I started; their manager did nothing and I’m not ok with that kind of treatment!! YOU HAVE TO PROVE WITH YOUR ACTIONS WHAT YOU SAY WITH YOUR WORDS AND CONTRACTS AND I DON’T KNOW IT ALL AND DONT CLAIM TO SO WHRN IM ASKING QUESTIONS AND RECEIVING THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE MY ADVICE FOLKS IS BEWARE AND JUST SAY NO!! ;(( More

Brought in our vehicle, which is close to the end of its lease life, to have a redline sport wheel repaired. When we picked it up, it had another wheel damaged that was not damaged when we dropped it off. lease life, to have a redline sport wheel repaired. Someone KNOWS they did this, but didn’t report it. I saw it when I picked it up. Now, all that orchestration this week was for nothing. Hubler should fix it on their dime and time AFTER our lease ends. Instead, we are giving up use of our vehicle AGAIN so the wheel can be fixed. More
