Stay away If you don't have perfect credit stay away. They will lie to you and tell you that they will only do a soft pull on your credit but that isn't the cas If you don't have perfect credit stay away. They will lie to you and tell you that they will only do a soft pull on your credit but that isn't the case in fact they will shotgun your credit out to about 10 different lenders. So you now suddenly have 10 hard inquiries that you have to deal with. The sales person that I had to deal with was named Marta and she was terrible at her job. When my wife and I arrived she came running up to us and she didn't even introduce herself to us. I used to do car sales and let me be the first to say that this is not how to greet any customer. When my wife and I were denied she didn't even call us in fact she sent a very rude text stating that we wouldn't ever be able to buy any vehicle. She was completely rude and unprofessional. Little does she know I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle with credit I was planning to pay cash until I saw the terrible way I was treated. Let me be the first to say that a credit score doesn't dictate a persons ability to buy. When I sat down with her she went straight for the credit without even asking how I wanted to do my purchase. I would advise staying away from this dealership forever unless they hire and train better people. More
