Dennis Flynn a shady character don’t buy products from him Mr Flynn who tells me he works in F and I cannot be trusted . He is a very shady character that attempted to coerce me to go against my newly adopted Mr Flynn who tells me he works in F and I cannot be trusted . He is a very shady character that attempted to coerce me to go against my newly adopted HOA rental rules which are 30 day minimum . Previously , prior to the change in the rental law of 30 day minimum , Flynn attempted to intimidate me into not requiring the damage deposit that was clearly posted . Flynn tried offering me cash to disobey the new rental laws and then bully me into letting him stay with 8 kids at my house 2 of whom he already informed me were “ not very disciplined and could break things in the house “ Mr Flynn then tried to blame me for the change in the rental law as well as the broken boatlift which he said did not matter to him. Please be aware if you do business at this dealership and get stuck finalizing your auto purchase with Mr Flynn , do not buy additional products that he is selling in the F and I department and count your fingers when you leave his office . HE IS DOWNRIGHT SHADY AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR MONEY More

HORRIBLE Customer Service From having to ask Stacie Butcher what her name was, to her inept ability to complete all the paperwork in a timely fashion (5 weeks this past Tuesday From having to ask Stacie Butcher what her name was, to her inept ability to complete all the paperwork in a timely fashion (5 weeks this past Tuesday), to two unreturned voice messages. Email promised from sales person Matt Ferguson, never happened, telling us he did not have my email... he had my phone number. Two phone messages to Rob Mohr yesterday, unreturned. To find out, he out of the office. Really? Main phone transferred me to his voice mail. Does staff not know he is not in the office? Is there no one else assigned to his calls? Stacie Butcher was just the most unfriendly, unprofessional person in car finance I have ever encountered. She needs to be mentored in customer service, looking customers in the eye, and a good handshake with self-introduction. I would not recommend this Hubler dealership to anyone. If I could have cancelled my deal and returned the car in the third week awaiting completion of paperwork - I would have. More

He was happy to answer my difficult questions with as much detail as he had, and for answers he didn't have, he promptly hunted them down for me.
