I had a very frustrating experience with Hubler Ford in Shelbyville. My experience actually started with a previous vehicle I purchased from them that became inoperable within just three weeks, which wa Shelbyville. My experience actually started with a previous vehicle I purchased from them that became inoperable within just three weeks, which was already concerning. With my current vehicle, I brought it in for ongoing issues with the fuel system that were present at the time of purchase and were supposed to be fixed. Instead of resolving the problem, they replaced a purge valve, and since then the issues have actually gotten worse. Now I’m being told I may be responsible for additional repairs on the same issue that was never properly fixed in the first place. I’ve also repeatedly asked for my OBD diagnostic results and have not been provided with them, which makes it difficult to understand what was actually done to my vehicle. On top of that, I had a tire that kept going flat multiple times, and another shop quickly found a nail that was missed, which raises concerns about how thorough inspections are. Overall, I feel like my concerns haven’t been taken seriously, the original issue wasn’t resolved, and communication has been lacking. I would strongly recommend getting all promises in writing and requesting full diagnostic documentation upfront if you choose to work with them. Better yet save your money and go somewhere else.
