So here is my issue with Hubler Ford. They are about 15 years behind the time technology wise. The employees are really very good. But the systems in the dealership are not keeping up wit They are about 15 years behind the time technology wise. The employees are really very good. But the systems in the dealership are not keeping up with them. No one follows up on the multi point inspection. Payment center isn't on the phone tree when you call so it's hard to pay your bill. Recommended service isn't gone over for like the 75,000 mile or 100,000 mile intervals. I have another car and it's service center and notifications are seamless. I get email and text notifications of recommended service I can approve instantly so the dealership ends up with more money. And then someone always send me via email and text my service report with recommendations for next time. Also when you try to schedule service on the website the link seems to be broken cause it takes me back to the car sales page. More
