I had been in auto business for 40-years, 10 as service manager and 30 as salesman and sales manager, so I look at dealership through a critical eye. Since moving to River Falls, five years ago, Hudson Chrysler has serviced my vehicles and the people I have interacted with have been very good. I have not had anything serious that has needed to be done with the exception of a start/stop issue on my Jeep Cherokee. That problem was fixed but I had to go back because it was still not right, in my eyes. The problem was not the repair but the lack of knowing it would take a couple days to charge and learn. The service managers were very accommodating through that little incident. Purchase process was very smooth. The reason for only 3 stars is due to having a problem with a tire and other issue. I called and spoke to Joe about the tire and he said I just needed to talk to the serv stars is due to having a problem with a tire and other issue. I also could not use the Uconnect system because it was still in the prior owners name. I called about that right away too and was told they would get back to me. It’s been at least a couple weeks and I have still not been called about it. Makes me feel like all they care about is making the sale. More
