Excellent service, excellent experience! I contacted my old dealership (Barnett) and they had put in a new layer of people to talk to before you could talk to someone in service. If I knew what was wrong, I could have diagnosed the car myself! It was suggested that I do a $175 diagnostic. I called Hudson and got service right away. They had be bring it in for an oil change (which is what I told Barnett) and said they would look it over during the oil change to see if anything was leaking and go from there. PERFECT!!! As it turned out, there wasn't a problem and after 25 years with Barnett, (and their changing their methods and their service manager), I knew Hudson was the place for my business! Especially since I moved from Maplewood to Hudson this year, but I had loyalty until I felt I was being taken. More

I’m used to paying $30-$60 for a service. I bought the car new and the first service is $118. What the heck!! I bought a Chevy truck used and bought tires at that time that came with free rotation.
