Oil change for my 2010 Dodge Ram Overall, the service appointment was good and the adviser (Summer Rollins) was courteous and efficient. However, when I went to pay the bill I discovered that a Tire Rotation had been done, which I had not asked for or authorized. I checked the appointment that I had booked on-line, and it was for Quick Lube oil change only. Please investigate why the tire rotation had been done, without my consent. I decided to pay the bill without disputing because the extra charge was just $21.95. However, there should NEVER be extra services performed and billed without the customer's consent and signature. I can't confirm for sure that the tire rotation was done (Summer never mentioned it to me) but it was billed. Thanks for the free car wash it was much appreciated. Also, the receptionist up front was very nice and helpful. More
