Took too long My appointment was at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:55. At 9:10 I was asked if I would like my tires rotated. I thought that was done at each oil change. When My appointment was at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:55. At 9:10 I was asked if I would like my tires rotated. I thought that was done at each oil change. When I finally got to pick up my car I was given an apology and told that there wasn't a tech there right away to get started on my car. I had an appointment. Then I was given a free car wash card and told that the car wash wasn't working at this time. I finally left at 9:30. More
