While I took care of the paper work Betsy went through all the features of our new Jeep with my wife and got her phone set up and made sure she knew how all the features worked. Again GREAT service! Ok oil change. Lousy car wash Went in for synthetic oil change for Ram 3500. Also if I could use biodiesel (preferably no). Took 90 minutes for the oil change which seemed long to me but I guess the oil had to settle? And they washed the truck. Didn't know they were going to do that. I would have appreciated it IF they had done a decent job. Some tires were still dirty. Wheel wells were all VERY dirty. Running bars and under carriage were dirty. Service was ok but don't bother getting the truck washed. More
