We presented Steve Hartke with our situation and he came through with flying colors. My son was in a tough position due to purchasing a vehicle that continued to have problems 2 days after purchasing it. He through with flying colors. My son was in a tough position due to purchasing a vehicle that continued to have problems 2 days after purchasing it. He didnt even have the vehicle for 3 months so he had an outstanding loan on the vehicle. Steve very much understood the situation he was in and he worked up some up options for my son. My son was able to get a brand new vehicle and keep his loan payments pretty close to what he was currently paying. We were thrilled that we were not stuck with the vehicle we purchase less than 3 months ago. We would definitely recommend Steve to others and will be back to do business with him again. More
