The reason iam giving this rating is the poor quality of this service department Iam here for the forth time and for the same reason and by the way I live an hour away and I have other dealership close to m this service department Iam here for the forth time and for the same reason and by the way I live an hour away and I have other dealership close to me but because it’s a recall all other dealerships told me that you have to go to the same dealership that start with that recall and told you it’s fixed by the way at that time I used to live close to this dealership anyway I came first time and they told ohh we sorry but we have to paint your spoiler I was like so why you schedule me to come then second time it was my mistake because they ask me where’s the old spoiler and I said I left it home I never thought they gonna need it but they said their is parts we need from the old one(poor communication) I said ok and I left came down for the third time with the old spoiler this time they said there is a cable for the break light is missing we need to order after 6 hours waiting at the waiting area I get so upset ask the service advisor and Iam not gonna mention the name to ask his service manager mr Curtis Thomas for a any kind comps for those 3 times been driving down and up each time was 2 hours minimum paying gas and tolls he told him over the phone let go complain and talk to the company I was ok no problem and today Iam here for the forth time and I hope I will leave with my car fixed and I will definitely not coming back here and I also don’t recommend this place to anyone try to find a dealership that trade you as a value customer. More
Avoid this shady and incompetent dealer at all costs! I went in for 2 recalls on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee (T23 egr valve and U65 Wk Canbus). After about an hour my car was returned to me with the reca I went in for 2 recalls on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee (T23 egr valve and U65 Wk Canbus). After about an hour my car was returned to me with the recall work (software updates) completed but with the entire center stack (controls for the volume, climate control, etc) no longer working! I was told to complain to corporate to get them to cover the damage (which they said required a very difficult to get replacement part). I spoke with the parts dept of the dealer and was told this has happened to every single 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that they do the recalls for. For 1 month I went in circles with Jeep's outsourced customer service. They agreed to pay 40% of the $1200 part, which was not acceptable. Finally Jeep had a supervisor schedule to call me. I confirmed with a service manager from the dealership, Erick Montero, that he would be available to speak to the corporate Jeep rep to explain what happened and confirm the work they did related to the recall caused this to happen so that Jeep could authorize the payment for the replacement part. When Jeep called me we connected the call to Erick, who proceeded to tell Jeep they had no proof or reason to believe my center stack was working before I brought it in! Not only were they not taking responsibility, but they weren't asking Jeep to cover it either! The dealer does a thorough inspection upon taking in my car and did not find any issues, so this was a bunch of baloney. Meanwhile, my brother (who is not a mechanic) reset my Jeep's computer, which fixed the problem. Unbelievably, the dealer just didn't even do the bare minimum to troubleshoot the issue they caused and they tried to get me to buy a $1200 part. At this point, I believe it was intentional. More

Having issues dealing with water inside of my Jeep 2022 compass, and the dealership has been awful as far as communication (told me to come in at 1pm today when the Water Doctor had already left). They claim they told me to come earlier, but I have multiple text messages saying that my appointment had been changed to 1pm ET. I've now driven to/from the dealership 6 times and left the car for over a week with no solution. Not only has the water issue not been fixed, but now my BCP unit has to be repaired and my windows don't work - so the car is in comparatively worse shape than when I initially brought it in. The car is also showing signs of mildew and I cannot see the water doctor until November 3rd (in 3 weeks time). Jeep Cares has been helpful, and I've been doing as they and the dealer says every step of the way - but Eric and Curtis's complete lack of compassion and ability to get to a point of resolve has been very frustrating. I'm happy to update this review when we come to a resolution, but I do not have a ton of faith in that happening. More
