This dealership signed two signatures without my permission. They’re finance lady johanny. Beware. They also are purposely signing you to scamming banks like Stellantis so that they can add 10% to your finance and make 4%! I have everything screenshotted. Not to mention Stellantis is a bank for people with low credit and I walked in with high 700 score. This is what this dealership is up to. No response from Johanny, John or Carmelo. Beware. I am not going to sit with this I will fight until things are justified and will be making a full in-depth video with all recordings and screenshots to my audience of over 1.5 million followers to see who else was scammed and join in to make this right. Since I tried to be patient and no one has called back. I want to start with ms finance lady signing a contract on my behalf and the bank not recognizing the different signatures. Also the Jeep doesn’t drive good at all and wish I can go back to my Honda. The accord sport drives better than the Jeep compass. More

Jeep Cherokee 2019 I decided to talk about what happened in the one year that I since I bought a 2019 Cherokee At the Hudson Jeep dealer, supposedly these cars are inspected, but when I did the fir happened in the one year that I since I bought a 2019 Cherokee At the Hudson Jeep dealer, supposedly these cars are inspected, but when I did the first test drive, I noticed a small noise, I let it go. I made the purchase and coming home from the dealer, the noise increased, in the same week I went back to the dealer and there was a broken shock absorber and a piece of the AWD, also misaligned and unbalanced, “Supposedly it was inspected”. I was 5 days without a car and had to return to my house on my own without a car, I live in another state 40m, after 5 days the employee Kevin (he no longer works there) called me saying that he had scratched the car and that he would have to paint it, over the phone he wanted me to authorize more. I asked to see it and when I did, in fact, there was no scratch, it was a small dent in the back, he was very indifferent, his words: “that's normal, it happens...” I tried to talk to the general manager AND THEY DIDN'T LET ME, they promised it would be fine and they would change the bumper and they didn't change it. They just painted it, today after a year the bumper has 2 colors and the scratch mark was left, what else can be done??? They said the car would be fine and certified! But, after all that was over, other noises appeared. On the brake, when reversing, the car's USB doesn't work well and the interior plastic material is still loose. Remembering that I informed you the same day about about these problems. When I bought it I have a video that I sent to the seller! After a few days I realized that they didn't do the alignment and balancing because the tires were wearing out. When I took it to a technician to do the balancing they couldn't, because the key that opens the protection padlock was broken, that's when I realized that precisely the side where they changed the shock absorber was without that padlock and it had a regular screw, I was outraged that he didn't tell me, imagine if the tire goes flat on the road how would you change it? I called 10 more times and I was never able to speak, they always left me on hold, luckily I got the code to make another key, I bought a new one and I couldn't get the tire off, I bought another one and I couldn't, we found out that it was oxidized and it wouldn't come off. Got a technician to be able to remove the 3 wheels that were left, I am writing not to criticize, but more to ask for help and also to help improve. I bought the car with 12557 miles, today it has 15600 I rarely use it because of these problems, the good thing is that I have other cars available, remembering that 40% of the miles used, went to the dealer. I've known this dealer for a few years among friends and family who have already bought, the sales part is EXCELLENT but the service part is horrible, we recently bought a new car from the same company Hudson Nissan, had a small problem.
