I'm very satisfied I had done much research prior to my visit to Hudson Ford. When I spoke with Trisha, I let her know the car I was interested in. Bad situation turned to a great experience I had been in an accident. My car was in the collision center and they were great. We felt very comfortable working with Joe and others. We went to Hudson Ford to review the Ford products without the intentions to purchase a vehicle at the time. Joe showed us a 2017 Escape which had all the features we liked and then some. When we picked up the car Joe gave us a tour of the service facilities where we met those who will help us when we need service.
