Impressed Me and my wife went to Hudson Ford to get a car after a car accident totaled our vehicle. He found our perfect car on our second test drive. He got the miles we wanted and the make and model of the car we wanted. The cars at Hudson Ford are very well priced. Matt and Cory were friendly, personable, and timely in getting through the car buying process with us. I recommend Hudson Ford to anyone looking for a great well priced vehicle. Worst Dealer EVER Saturday February 20th my husband Luke and I went to Hudson Ford and met with Brandon in Sales. After reviewing the 6 remaining 2015 Ford F150 4X4 FX Saturday February 20th my husband Luke and I went to Hudson Ford and met with Brandon in Sales. After reviewing the 6 remaining 2015 Ford F150 4X4 FX4 within 300 miles. We decided the tuxedo black metallic one was the one we were interested in. Brandon asked for a $500 deposit and that he would hold onto it in good faith, no paperwork or contract signed. Brandon said that he couldn’t call the location until the following Monday to find out if they could get the truck to Hudson. We said that would be fine. We decided to go check Morrie’s Ford in Buffalo MN website to look at the truck further; because that is where Brandon located the truck we were interested in. After speaking with the sales man from Morrie’s, we found that the truck was $5000 less than Hudson Ford. After talking to the loan department at Morrie’s they couldn’t find how the interest rate from Hudson Ford was determined. As they had contacted the same banks and couldn’t get a matching rate for the same 84 month loan period. The rate given at Hudson Ford was a LIE and had not been bank approved. We called the same day Saturday February 20th within 2 hours of leaving Hudson Ford, and told Brandon that we decided not to get the truck ,that we would be back to pick up our check. He acknowledged that and said that would be fine. We decided to purchase the truck from Morrie’s Ford in Buffalo that Saturday February 20th. Brandon called Monday February 22nd at 109pm and said that he could get the payment down to $536 and that Brandon checked and said that the truck is still available if we would like. Luke and I went to Hudson Ford Monday February 22nd at 6pm to pick up the check that we left in good faith. Come to find they decided to deposit it without notifying us and without our approval, no paperwork and no contract was signed. Carol was the only check signer they had, and that the other check signer would be there tomorrow during normal business hours. Brandon knew all this time we were coming to pick up this check. And out of GREAT inconvenience my husband Luke has to go back to pick up a refund check, for a check that was deposited without our approval and without any product we HAVE NOT RECEIVED OR CONTRACTED from Hudson Ford! More

He showed me basics of the car before I got in, he continued to show me things after I got in, he talked to me and answered questions as we were driving, and he showed me things after we got back to the dealership. The financial person, Kim, was very pleasant, friendly and answered all my questions. While I was doing this, Joe was getting the car cleaned and ordered the car mats. Before, I left the lot he still went over some additional things in the car to make sure I understand everything. The next day my husband had a question about the motor and Joe got him the answer and called back. The was the best experience I think I have ever had buying a car. I later found out that a co-worker had purchased from this dealer was also very happy. ** the only down side was that Joe never said what motor was in the car. we wanted a 3.5 motor and got a 2.0 motor. More
