My husband and I were looking for a good used vehicle and had been to several other dealerships. We encountered things such as slow service, pushy sales people, and offering an unfair trade-in price. I had seen an advertisement for a used vehicle at Hudson Ford; I called and got an appointment to come in for a test drive. Trisha Knops was my sales person and she was completely wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and took her time to explain how everything worked. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, I was introduced to Mike Holly and Levi Klaudt. Mike took care of my trade-in and was very upfront and honest...there was no discussion, he offered what I was looking for right away. Levi assisted with financing. Again, another friendly and professional person. He explained all the finance offers available, as well as warranty programs available; never once pushing me to go one way or the other. Once I was ready to head out in my newly-purchased vehicle, Trisha made sure I was comfortable with everything from the trade-in to financing to driving home. When we are in the market for another vehicle, I'll be going back to Trisha and Hudson Ford. Great, great place! More
