I plan to buy a car from Jake Vetter again Jake Vetter is nothing short of outstanding. In a competition for my business, Jake was up against five other large dealerships and Jake beat them al Jake Vetter is nothing short of outstanding. In a competition for my business, Jake was up against five other large dealerships and Jake beat them all with style and ease. He got me the lowest price on the truck that I wanted and never once made a promise he couldn't keep. He never pressured me. His knowledge of the Ford F-150 is better than any other salesperson I have dealt with. Even after I bought the truck, Jake provided excellent post-purchase support and was always available, even on his days off. Best car buying experience for far ! From the point of walking in and seeing Trisha we instantly new she was going to be great to work with. I needed to buy a car as mine was unfixable From the point of walking in and seeing Trisha we instantly new she was going to be great to work with. I needed to buy a car as mine was unfixable so i wasn't looking forward to it. We test drove and bought and within about 3 hours. Usually at other dealerships it has taken twice that long. We felt very comfortable with everyone we came in contact with from Trisha in Sales to Kim in finance. Also they gave us some money for our 2005 Ford Escape, we would have liked more, but we also didn't have to deal with it ourselves this way. The service/body shop would not fix it for liability reasons and were also very nice sending me a picture so i can file a complaint as it appears to be an ongoing issue with that year of Escape. I would buy another car from Trisha for sure and i will service it at Hudson Ford also. More

A good experience overall. We bought our 2015 Edge from Jake. Our experience with Jake and the dealership was positive. We did not feel pressured at all. Our inquiries were answered in a timely fashion, we feel the price for the new vehicle and our trade was fair. We were offered test drives on the cars we were interested in etc. Can't really ask for more than that. I would recommend Jake and Hudson Ford. I would also recommend researching the vehicle you are interested in before shopping to make things easier on yourself, and to eliminate a lot of the questions you may have, or to at least help you ask more informed questions.
