I provided a copy of the bid when I booked the work and I was given a date for when the could do the work. When the work was done the bill came to over $800 without any conversation about extra work being performed. This is the same set of tires I had put on this vehicle 59,000 miles ago. Hudson Ford also pushed my appointment out a week because they didn't get the tires delivered in time for my original appointment. Along with this they quoted new valve stems and gave me a lame excuse for why they hadn't installed them when the new tires were put on the rims. I've purchased 5 sets of tires from Hudson Ford for 4 different vehicles and this is the first time that I had billing like this. There wasn't another vehicle being worked on Saturday and now I know why. More
