I have always had good luck with service except with our Fusion, this is why I can only rate them a Good. I had been bringing it in because I could smell something hot when I drove it. They never found anything until after it was out of warranty then they saw the oil gasket was leaking. The car did not have many miles on it. I was very disappointed because this is where the smell was coming from. We ended up paying to have it fixed at a local trusted garage. More

Only negative item I would comment on is that we went back and asked the parts department about running boards. The gentlemen looked it up, gave us a price for parts and install. I asked if he had any pictures of the running boards on his computer. He said no and more or less said I just needed to go look at other vehicles out on the lot. Not the greatest sales pitch when you have the opportunity to possibly add another $600-$700 on top of a new vehicle sales. Did not inspire me to want to buy those at your location. I do not recall the name of the person who I spoke with in parts. More
