I travel from Manhattan to take the 20 minute drive to Hudson Honda in NJ. I have done this for at least the past 15 years for my 2002 Honda Accord....WHY?....because NYC's Honda service is so inferior to Hudson Honda in NJ. I have done this for at least the past 15 years for my 2002 Honda Accord....WHY?....because NYC's Honda service is so inferior to Hudson Honda of West NY, NJ's superior work, that I will always remain Hudson Honda's customer. They are efficient, honest (they always have your best interest at heart for safety and priority of work needed) and their service people are exceptional, i.e.: Benjamin and manager Regis in particular! Their mechanics are first rate as well and encourage you to see the work needed and the reason why in their work bay prior to you making a decision. I highly recommend Hudson Honda of West York, NJ for your service needs! More

I left the vehicle at noon and I was told I will receive a call back once the car is ready around 3 or 4. Then I called at 3:30 to check if the car was ready, left a message with the operator. When I receive the call after 10 minutes from the service advisor he tells me that I had to change the rear tires and change its brakes, after it’s been diagnosed. I asked for the estimate, and checked for a discount and I was told that only Manager could authorize it. The Manager then calls me after 4:15 pm. It was already too late to have those issues taken care of, I had a commitment and was very late for it because of the dealer’s negligence for not calling me within the time they advised to come back, but I HAD To CALL to find out The phone lines are all crazy, hear background music playing while operator talking and it was hard to hear the recording to choose from the prompt Overall after 4 hours and only oil change was made very expensive plus the diagnosis for them to tell me it was ok, but just the tires and brake after the vehicle was driven.
