Every time I book an apt for service, they forget to tell me something important (I.e. I can’t do recall work because my apt was too late in the day; I have to pre-pay for the mats even though I told them I me something important (I.e. I can’t do recall work because my apt was too late in the day; I have to pre-pay for the mats even though I told them I wanted to buy them and have them installed; I have to come back for my fuel recall because they needed to run the VIN by corporate for approval & part ordering. I wanted an oil change and recal notices fixed in one appointment. I now have to go back a third time for the fuel recall. Why does this have to be so poorly managed? I can’t take 3 days off of work because the people who do the scheduling & parts can’t get themselves organized. And I bought the car there! More

Terrible service. Repair was not completed on time and job was not checked before returning car. Car was returned to me without service being completed.
