As per the service manual, I was to get a free oil change (for due service at 7500 miles). The guys asked me to get a few more things done which I declined. Hence they said no free oil change. Thankfully I had a $29.99 oil change coupon I had received from them which I used. I have more than $200 reward points also - don’t know what are they for. Also, there was no Windscreen washer fluid left in the car after the service while I was charged for the same. I wish the service guys did their job properly. Very disappoint!! The coupons is to be honored. The manager refuse to do it! Treat me as an stupid. My coupon is for 39.95 oil change and at the back said complementary tires rotation.
