Arrogant employee My wife went to drop off the car for service on a flat tire. The service guy by the window assume before asking that she was there for an oil change a My wife went to drop off the car for service on a flat tire. The service guy by the window assume before asking that she was there for an oil change and as my wife told him that it incorrect he told her the amount she had to pay for the tire, she proceeded to tell him we have coverage and he insisted we didn’t. He then started to be arrogant and type very slowly to piss her off. She spoke to Henry about him and we hope he gets reprimanded for his arrogant actions. Horrible service at the window! More

Customer Retention I had the best experience when I went to Hudson Honda to get a new car. I chose to lease. The experience was great until I return 3 years later to do I had the best experience when I went to Hudson Honda to get a new car. I chose to lease. The experience was great until I return 3 years later to do new business. The team I worked with initially were not there anymore with the exception of the sales person. Ok, we got great service for the team again. However, calling the dealership as an existing customer is unbelievable! Multiple calls, sometimes 5 to 6 minutes without an answer. The salesperson I spoke to never returns my calls. I went into the dealership and spoke the same salesman I used when purchasing my car and he still has not called me back (Two months later). As I am writing this review, I an waiting for someone to pick up the "existing customer" line over 6 minutes. So is it safe to say new business is the only business your value? Note, repeat business will one day become another dealership's New and Repeat Business. More
