Not a good experience Service personnel need to be concious of customers who are waiting and have back up protocols for when they are at lunch while having customers waitin Service personnel need to be concious of customers who are waiting and have back up protocols for when they are at lunch while having customers waiting extra time ! The experience is horrible and will not be back again if I can help it ! Also the things mentioned about car was not discussed in full only partial ! Truly disappointed at the whole experience ! Bad tires/messed up window motor/ break pedal sound I’m so unhappy with my purchase! Don’t even know where to start. I notice the car made weird sound when releasing the break pedal- I was told it would I’m so unhappy with my purchase! Don’t even know where to start. I notice the car made weird sound when releasing the break pedal- I was told it would go away as I drove it. I put down the window and when I put it up the motor seems to be catching on it or something. They sold me bad tires. I was sliding off the road as I drove from work. Went to Bridgestone and when the manager tested the tires told me they’re not good. i Spoke to the “service manager” and said he can’t change the tires because he’s guys wouldn’t make any money. I’m not happy about this purchase. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. Also, the CR-V VIBRATES a lot. Stay away from HONDA and specially from this dealer! But what did I expect. More
