No Updates & Never Available I’ve Been waiting for a part for 1 1/2 months & no calls telling me about delays or ETA’s . I Have to personally give them a call but JHAN is never p I’ve Been waiting for a part for 1 1/2 months & no calls telling me about delays or ETA’s . I Have to personally give them a call but JHAN is never picking up or at least calling back ; even when leaving a message with multiple lady’s that answer the phone . I’ve try working out solutions with Gustavo but I also understand he’s really busy with his own clients . I appreciate how Gustavo try’s to go out his way but it’s really hard to reach him. Overall I’m just upset that I am still driving my damage vehicle & risking the damage becoming more severe. The Damage is internally in the engine . The saddest part is that the car is only 8 month old “ Brand new 2018 “ & already having problems . More
