Ac issue I went in for ac service, dropped the car off at 8am.. I was told by service guy that is they had to change the compressor it would cost around $500. I went in for ac service, dropped the car off at 8am.. I was told by service guy that is they had to change the compressor it would cost around $500. But they ended up charging my over $900 , which $535 was just in labor it took them over 5 hours to change a compressor. Really. I went back at 5pm to pick up the car. I was told the car was ready, but they took really long to bring me the car. After they saw I had an attitude they told me the car was not ready and that the equipment they use to put freon in the compressor was not working .. that makes me wonder of all the labor hours were because their equipment was not working and now am paying for it. I would never bring car back for service here .. I alway go to paramus Honda now I know why.. this place is like a big hang out.. More

From the moment I received the initial phone call to the moment I received the keys to my new car, the entire process was quick and painless. Wanda came across as very honest and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Her and The Joshua both listened to me, played no games during their offers, and didn't make me feel rushed at any point in the process. Overall, the process felt more like a conversation than a sales transaction. Anthony from the finance team was also very helpful at making the dreadful paperwork process very smooth. When the check engine light came on I was hesitant to return and when I did Gus is who greeted me as I pulled in.
