Poor customer service . Discovered lost/missing engine part immediately after oil change at the dealership. Could not get a coherent answer from service rep as to when to e . Had to escalate things to the general manager (Joseph Lynch). Took almost 3 weeks for dealership to procure the part. The dealership was not proactive in keeping me informed as to when to expect the lost/missing part. More
