I really believed that Honda maintained a standard service level regardless of the country, but I realize that it is not; It's a shame. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and with an excellent attitude to solve the problems and attend to the client, but I think they are not enough in number and make longer waiting times. Treated badly When I arrived my first encounter was Benjamin who asked me if I understood the oil gauge on my car, very rude and assuming I am a complete moron or p When I arrived my first encounter was Benjamin who asked me if I understood the oil gauge on my car, very rude and assuming I am a complete moron or perhaps just a stupid WOMAN. My oil gauge was at 50% but my car is 12 yrs old so I change the oil 2 to 3 times a year. I bought my car at Hudson Honda and have ALL MY SERVICE DONE THERE. Benjamin had all this info right in front of him on the computer. I did resurface rear back and new pads added. I asked Benjamin to apply any coupons he didn't even check your web site for a coupon, which there was one. I would had paid 50.00 more if I hadn't gone on there and looked myself. I have 3 female friends have STOPPED USING HUDSON HONDA DUE TO LIES AND THIS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO WOMAN. I think this is my last time getting service there and next time I will buy my car elsewhere. I don't like being treated like I am stupid and too my of my female friends have had this experience at Hudson Honda. More
