Very Disappointing Experience From the beginning there was a lack of clarity and communication from Ashley. She did not inform us of many of the fees Hudson Honda charges and she w From the beginning there was a lack of clarity and communication from Ashley. She did not inform us of many of the fees Hudson Honda charges and she was unable to answer many questions we had. After we made the purchase, things got even harder. After we signed the contract Ashley rushed us out of the dealership because she had to meet her boyfriend for a zumba class, she gave us our car with an empty gas tank and told us to come back the next day for the gas. Another issue while with Ashley is that she got into an argument with her colleague openly in front of us because he was using her desk. It was unprofessional and it made us uncomfortable. Another problem we had is that our licence plate took over 3 months to arrive and everytime we called to inquire about the status we got a runaround and no one would help us. It also seemed like they did not know what was going on themselves. They provided very poor customer service overall. It was a stressful experience and once you sign the dotted line you things just go downhill. More
