Horrible i came in for service spoke to benjamin about a vibration my vehicle had going over 40mph i also needed a oil change and my tire pressure light was on i came in for service spoke to benjamin about a vibration my vehicle had going over 40mph i also needed a oil change and my tire pressure light was one benjamin contact me about my tire pressure problem stating my right rear tire had a nail at the sidewall and was unable to plug and recommend a new tire i declined i ask about the vibration concern he stated technician will go on a road test and left it at that.. i send my dad to pick up my vehicle and he notice on the repair order that nothing was written or done on the vibration concern my dad also inspect the right rear tire and found the nail not near the sidewall and was able to plug so my dad brought to his shop at fette ford and plug the tire for me and and recheck the oil change was done due not even a window oil sticker was put on my windshield for next service also none of my fluids were top off... horrible service i will go to another honda dealer for service More

Took Forever! I called about a week ahead and scheduled an appointment for my oil change in hopes of avoiding a long wait time- not the case, sadly. My car was not I called about a week ahead and scheduled an appointment for my oil change in hopes of avoiding a long wait time- not the case, sadly. My car was not taken back for a full hour- I waited a total of 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. It would have been nice if they called ahead and told me to come an hour later- I could have gotten some other things done. Additionally, when I called I asked how much a standard oil change typically runs and the person who scheduled me couldn’t even tell me... mediocre customer service, but my car seems to be running fine, so I can only hope the mechanical work was better than the customer service. Excellent customer service. I walked in just looking to consider what body style of Honda civic I wanted. I was approached by Santiago who showed me the different models of civi I walked in just looking to consider what body style of Honda civic I wanted. I was approached by Santiago who showed me the different models of civics. I test drove the civic hatchback and knew that was the car I wanted. I had an offer from a different dealership and they matched the offer. Now I don't have to drive 20 miles always for service. Waiting time to long . No updates while waiting. Waited 2hrs for an oil change. Normally they would replenished fluids such as windshield. Not done at the moment.
