PLEASE STAY AWAY! ! from this dealership. I have bought a car from this place back in February 2022, Im paid for it 26k almost a new car, it has been a completely night ! from this dealership. I have bought a car from this place back in February 2022, Im paid for it 26k almost a new car, it has been a completely nightmare. first of all, I thought the sales person was somebody who I can trust since he personally knows my boyfriend from the military. After driving the car for a few weeks I started noticing things happening to the car like the front bumper sticking out driving more than 60mph; I mentioned to him and it was taken care of. then later a few months later, I went for an oil change. They did such a sloppy job that they didn't even screw the engine protector all the way so it dragged and broke. I had to end up paying for a new one, $500 I spent. aside from that the mechanic from another Honda dealership, told me that I must of been in a very bad car accident because potholes in NY wont do that. The car wheel alignment frame is all bend, and destroyed. Completely damaged. they couldn't do a wheel alignment that day until I replace the frame which will cost me thousands. he said they tried to do one a while ago and it was unsuccessful. aside from that, the tire on the driver side is sticking out by one inch. Im sure this place new about everything that was wrong with this car, since it was a lease from the previous owner and they just sold me a rotten apple. I have contacted the sales person and he has completely disregard everything I said. so please I don't want this to happen to anyone like it happened to me. do your research and go to another Honda but this people here are scammers. I don't even have a full year with this car and all of this is happening. oh and now the window gets stuck and doesn't want to come up. this is a complete disaster. More
