I once visited a car dealership for a routine oil change and transmission fluid change , and the salesman claimed my car needed an expensive brake fluid flush and the fluid was black and tar. Suspicious, I and transmission fluid change , and the salesman claimed my car needed an expensive brake fluid flush and the fluid was black and tar. Suspicious, I sought a second opinion and discovered my brake fluid was perfectly fine and clear and that I just got it done months prior. It was clear they were trying to upsell me on a service I didn't need just to make a profit. More
