İ had appoointment at 5:30pm today for buy honda pilot and i showed up , i was confused because there is honda service and honda sales next each other, i asked that person , is it honda? Then i said i have appointment, he shut me up and said i will send someone rudely. Theb i complaint to someone about him and he come with angry face and said “you are loar” “i don’t wanna do business with you leave.” I said i want to talk your manager, he said he is the manager and boss in this company , leave. I never treated like that speacily in any honda service or honda dealership. I trust tgis company, now i loosing trust about customer relationahip. How do honda let that kinda work for them or if he is owner that dealership that more bad on honda’s brand… More
