The rep made a big error about my car’s diagnostics which could have been very costly. He told me there were 4 nails in my tire so it had to be replaced. Due to my disbelief I checked the tire out for myself could have been very costly. He told me there were 4 nails in my tire so it had to be replaced. Due to my disbelief I checked the tire out for myself and it only had one nail in the tire. Whether the mechanic was being dishonest or if there was a miscommunication I’m not sure of but this could’ve been avoided with a more thorough investigation. More
