My wife bought a Honda Odyssey in February. She loves the van and seemed to enjoy the buying experience. However, being from out of state, she paid to have the dealer apply for the tags. She has been getting the runaround since mid-March and can barely get anyone to return her calls or texts. As her second temp tag is about to expire, she finally got in contact with someone yesterday who said the tags had been shipped but wouldn't give the date they shipped. I called the county clerk today and found that statement to be a lie. Taxes received but plates have not been shipped and no application for registration was received. I understand it's hard for a dealer to know how every state/municipality operates but honesty and communication goes a long way with me. I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone out of the tri-state area. Wife loves the Odyssey though so that's a plus. More
