Tell me EXACTLY how you can "put things in place and make things happen." There was a lot of time put into our decision to make a purchase and we had decided to commit to your dealership after receiving the quote and after finding out the car we were looking for was available. Now we find out that the car was never even available and my wife is yelled at in frustration by Thomas. The car now is available NOWHERE in the area. I feel that all my time and effort is wasted cause of Hudson Honda and I can't even get the car I want now anywhere else.
