This is our third purchase from Hudson Honda. In addition, we always use Hudson Honda for periodic maintenance. We’ve been very happy with the service they have provided through the years. Wife made appointment for new key FOB for 2014 Honda Civic Hybrid. Rep told her the part would be available. After she showed up, she was informed the item was not in stock and had not been ordered. They had her pay almost $500 for an item that costs much less than that online and make a follow-up appointment for me to pick up the item and have it programmed to my car. I arrived for that appointment. Customer service was generally mediocre; I get friendlier service from gas station convenience store attendants. I had an appointment at 0830, but it took the staff about 45 minutes to find my car in the system and direct me to the rep who finally helped me. 2 reps told me I needed to make a payment and only verified that it was fully paid in the system after I insisted payment had been made in full. At 0915, my car was finally submitted for service. An hour later, I checked with the rep, who personally went back to the garage to check on the car and came back to confirm it was ready. Thanks to the rep for doing his job, but I'm still annoyed that it took me almost 2 hours just to pick up a key FOB, and one that I was overcharged for at that. More
