UNPROFESSIONAL. LIARS. AVOID! ¡Ay caramba, este concesionario es terrible! Made and confirmed an appointment yesterday morning to test drive a specific vehic LIARS. AVOID! ¡Ay caramba, este concesionario es terrible! Made and confirmed an appointment yesterday morning to test drive a specific vehicle that afternoon. Arrived at the dealership and a clueless salesperson and rude sales manager shuffled around papers for 25 minutes before telling me that the vehicle had been sold hours earlier. Hudson Honda first offered the vehicle for sale 63 days ago (it was a 2018 BMW), and miraculously it sold in the short, same day window between when I made the appointment and arrived at the dealership? Seems highly unlikely! And if, in fact, that was the case, why didn't someone call to let me know? Neither the salesperson nor the sales manager explained or apologized; it was clear they didn't care. The first and only question the salesperson asked me was "What are you currently driving and are you going to trade it in?" Clearly the dealership advertised at an attractive price a vehicle they no longer owned to lure customers to the dealership, a shameful and deceptive trick. There were more than a few customers sitting at different salesperson's desks, yet none were being attended to by any of the numerous salespeople who were standing around chatting and joking with each other. Hudson Honda is awful. I'll never go back there and neither should you. If you have your heart set on purchasing a Honda vehicle, go to Sussex Honda in Newton, NJ, where I've purchased multiple Hondas and have always been treated respectfully and professionally. Hey Honda USA and Honda Global (both of whom I'll be contacting later today), you've got a reputation to uphold. Your dealership, Hudson Honda, is doing you a disservice. It needs a new owner, new management or to be mothballed. Are you even paying attention? Finally, to the sales or customer service manager at Hudson Honda, don't apologize, don't ask me to call or e-mail you. You've shown your stripes. Good luck finding a new job when your dealership fails and goes out of business. More
