Way to long waiting Was there for over 3 hours when I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Then with tire rotation they did not put air in a low tire. Another disappointment I can’t believe I purchase 2 tires from Hudson Honda with a wheel alignment and my new tires return to valet with all the lubricant all over the tires I can’t believe I purchase 2 tires from Hudson Honda with a wheel alignment and my new tires return to valet with all the lubricant all over the tires and rims. I was so excited to pick up my car and check out my new, what a disaster! Spoke to New Service Manager Yancy, he said he has been in the business since 2011 but I confused to why his department allow my car to return in this terrible condition. Yancy did nothing for me, I didn’t feel he was sincere. Moreover, the agent Chris gave me a quote that was text me of the price of $544 but than still billed me $641 at pick up. Chris blamed The mechanics for not adjusting the price. Just not the Best experience. I am requesting for General Manager Joe Lynch to call me back, otherwise I will escalate to corporate. More
