Rafael was very helpful and very friendly. Employees at other dealerships ignored my son or made us feel as though we shouldn't have brought him with us because he's so energetic but Rafael appreciated seeing our whole family there. From the moment Rafael greeted us it was apparent that he wasn't just concerned with the sale but with making us feel welcome and comfortable with such a big decision. You can tell he enjoys his job and trusts Hyundai vehicles. He was very thorough in explaining all of the different models and by the end we really felt like we could trust him and Hyundai too. We got an amazing deal, great service and I didn't feel rushed or pressured (I did feel very pressured by the "sales pitches" at other dealerships). My family is now very happy with our new Santa Fe.
