I'd like to praise Hudson Hyundai's Sam Moton on helping me through my very 1st car purchase. I went to see him last month where he took his time to show me a 2011 Blue Hyundai Elantra. I decided that it me through my very 1st car purchase. I went to see him last month where he took his time to show me a 2011 Blue Hyundai Elantra. I decided that it wasn't what I ultimately wanted, by no fault of Sam's. I continued to search around the tri-state and was very disappointed at the level of service I recieved elsewhere. I had dealers that outright lied to me or pushed me to buy cars that I didn't want. I was pleased that Sam and the Hudson Hyundai team continued to follow up with me to see if I'd found anything. Sam stated his commitment to helping me which I really appreciated. When I found an online listing for the 2011 Black Hyundai Elantra I wanted back at Hudson Hyundai, I called Sam who assured me that he'd do everything he could to help me. When the online price of the car increased before I was able to go in person, he assured me that he would work with me to give a fair price. When I arrived, without even asking, Sam immediately prepared the car I wanted so that I could test drive it. While test driving, he explained all the features and reiterated his commitment to getting me the fairest price. While he sought advisement on how to handle the increased price, he allowed me significant time to inspect the car with my checklist and immediately answered and addressed all my questions. Sam gave me a fair offer on the car that met me in the middle from the online price and the asking price. He clearly explained the fees and taxes and wasted no time processing the transaction. The staff also didn't push me to add on a lot of extras. They asked and if I declined, they just moved on. I've had the car for less than 24 hours but I'm so excited that Sam helped to make this a painless process. I look forward to servicing my car with Hudson Hyundai and I feel confident that Sam will make sure I'm taken care of while I own this car. More

I emailed the dealership inquiring about a Hyundai Sonata.The truck i owned was hit while it was parked and i thought i should fix the damage before i come in to text drive the car. I then receieved a e mail stating to come and in and if the car was drivable to be bring it in and appraise the value because i wanted to trade in my truck with cash as well.I called Mr.Ruddy Balbi back and decided to go to the dealership. Upon my arrival Mr. Balbi was very nice and polite and offered refreshments. We discuss some options and then i showed him the damage to the truck. I then started the paper work to run a credit report.I was approved for a new car but not the car i was interested in. Ruddy worked a great deal out for me! I am a very HAPPY and SASTISFIED with the work Mr.Ruddy Balbi has done for me.I happy to say that i did walk out and drive away with my new 2012 Hyundai Sonata.If there was a higher rating number i could give him it would be the highest! I will definetly recommend my friends and family to this dealership!!! More
I went in to the dealership to test drive a 2012 Genesis. Keme showed me the car and was very thorough in explaining all the bells and whistles that were in the car. All of my family and friends that see my new Genesis say it is a beautiful car so I tell them that they should go see Keme at Hudson Hyundai and get their own new car at a great price! Thanks Keme! I absolutely loved my experience here. The staff members are super friendly and worked with me on all levels. Especially after not being happy with my first choice of car I select. I told them I was not satified with my first choice. They worked with me and I select a different model and now I'm in love with my car. I hope Hyundai realize that Jack Boshra and Greg Fredricks is a real "ASSET" to the company. Both men handled there part in the process. Jack made sure I picked out the car that I would love and showed me all the fuctions. Greg made sure my deal went through smoothly. It was real team work. These guys were wonderful!!!! I will be recommending family and friends. More
Over all a few things were unclear like me having to paid 1895.00 For the 10/100000 warranty which i thought was part of buying a Certified car or automatically came with that deal, also the Internet Pric 1895.00 For the 10/100000 warranty which i thought was part of buying a Certified car or automatically came with that deal, also the Internet Price on the car was 11998.00, but then they tried to charge me the Price on the sticker because supposedly the Internet price was Cash only. I ended up paying 13000.00 that was not very nice. More
