Poor customer service post-sale Post-sale customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a used car from this dealership and 2 days later, the check engine light came on. I Post-sale customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a used car from this dealership and 2 days later, the check engine light came on. I left 2 voice messages for my salesperson, Ron B., and he never called me back. I even called a 3rd time and spoke to his manager, Joe G., who promised that Ron would call me back, yet he still failed to do so. The light did go off on its own after a day or two, but it is really poor customer service if you cannot even take 5 minutes to return a courtesy call. To add insult to injury, eventually Ron did call - not to check how the car was doing, but to invite me into the dealership to look at one of their many vehicles! Somehow they had failed to remove my contact info from their leads list and he had already forgotten me despite my purchasing a vehicle less than 2 weeks ago. The vehicle I purchased is in great condition and I do feel like I got a good deal on it, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the lack of follow-up customer service. Once you've signed the papers, you're on your own. More

The best decision I made in my life. As I drove pass Hudson Hyundai one early Monday morning, I looked at the dealership and I wasn't sure if I wanted to finance a car or not.
