Great customer service I came in looking to trade in my car, but I'm waiting til the new to make my decision. Oil Change Had a appointment for a complimentary oil change at 240 pm. Was offered 5 upsells which I politely refused. It took 2.5 hrs to complete. Only when I went back to the advisor section did they then try to locate my car. It was found parked in the lot. If the complimentary oil changes are a problem. Don’t offer them. More
